Migraines & Headaches
Releasing tension in the cranial bones and membranes can significantly reduce migraine frequency and intensity.
Gentle, restorative sessions with Phoenix, CSTA registered
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle yet powerful hands-on approach that supports the body's natural ability to release tension, restore balance, and heal. It helps shift the nervous system into a parasympathetic state, where rest, recovery and repair happen. Using light touch and deep presence, I create a safe space for your system to unwind and return to flow.
People often come when they feel stuck, physically, emotionally or both. Whether you're dealing with pain, stress, anxiety, burnout, or a general sense of disconnection, this work helps bring you back to yourself. Common concerns include migraines, jaw tension, insomnia, fatigue, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.
CST supports a wide range of physical, emotional, and neurological conditions. These are some of the most common reasons people seek sessions.

Whether we're working with anatomy or energy, this practice is about reconnecting to yourself, your body, and your natural movement toward healing.Phoenix, Craniosacral Therapist
My path began in movement. Years of training as a contemporary dancer tuned me into the body's language, its strength, its sensitivity, its stories.
Craniosacral therapy came into my life when I needed stillness. It offered me a quiet, powerful return to balance, and opened me to the healing potential of softness. That experience changed me.
I am a qualified, registered Craniosacral Therapist who trained in London with the renowned College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST). I am a proud member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), the UK's leading regulatory body for the profession.
My treatments are rooted in a deep love of conscious connection and inspired by the subtle intelligence of life force energy. I bring together anatomical precision with profound respect for the body's wisdom. I offer a space to return to stillness and flow, simply by meeting you with presence and care.

Fascia is the body's connective tissue, a continuous web that surrounds every muscle, organ, bone, and nerve. It holds structure, transmits force, and carries memory. When the body experiences stress, injury, or trauma, the fascial system holds and organises these experiences long after the event has passed.
Fascial unwinding is a gentle, responsive technique in which I support part of your body, an arm, the head, the spine, and simply follow wherever it wants to go. The body, given space and permission, naturally moves through patterns that have been held in the tissue and release them with a precision no external force could match.
The results can be remarkable: spaciousness, lightness, or profound emotional release. Sometimes physical. Often both.
Read: What is Fascial Unwinding? Each session begins with a short check-in. You'll lie fully clothed on the table, and I'll use gentle, responsive touch to meet your system where it's at. The experience is deeply relaxing, often leading to profound release and a renewed sense of connection.
If emotions surface, they're welcomed and supported. This is your space, to feel, release, and land. There is no agenda other than what your body shows us.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. You remain fully clothed throughout. It's normal to feel deeply relaxed, spacious, or quietly emotional afterwards. Give yourself time to arrive back gently.
Phoenix holds space with empathy and compassion.
The environment feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. I felt immediately open to release, move, and feel. A gifted healer, listener, and grounding force. His dance background shines through. I highly recommend his practice.
Phoenix created a calm, easy atmosphere and gently encouraged release and softening.
I felt so held that the tension I brought in had almost completely gone. I'm new to this kind of treatment, but I made discoveries about myself and left feeling calmer and more present than I have in months.
An incredible experience.
From arrival to leaving, I was held with deep warmth and care. Cranio Sacral with Phoenix tapped into an ancient body knowledge through softness and intuitive listening. My body and mind could rest, and the subconscious had space. Sharing before and after revealed where I was holding and releasing and how long I'd been carrying unconscious weight. Phoenix brings warmth, intuition, and deep physical understanding. A magical and deeply relaxing experience.
After years of chronic migraines, three sessions with Phoenix changed everything. I leave each time feeling lighter and more myself, like something has genuinely shifted at a level I can't fully explain.
I was sceptical going in. What surprised me was how tangible the results were. Jaw tension I'd had for a decade reduced significantly after four sessions. Phoenix holds a remarkable, calm presence throughout.
I've tried many kinds of bodywork. What's different here is the quality of presence. Phoenix genuinely listens, not just with their hands but their whole being. It's a rare and remarkable offering.
