Low cost craniosacral therapy
community clinic
The same work. The same care. A price that works for where you are right now.
Access to this work shouldn't depend on what you earn.
The people who most need to feel supported and at ease in their bodies are often the ones least able to pay for it. The community clinic exists to change that, offering full-length, full-quality low cost craniosacral therapy sessions on a sliding scale, with no proof required and no questions asked.
The clinic is especially for:
- People who already know the value of this work but can't always afford it
- Artists, dancers, musicians, and other creative workers
- People on low or variable incomes
- Young adults and teens finding their way
- Anyone curious about CST who's been put off by full pricing
It's the same work I offer at full price. Same 60 minutes. Same presence. Same care. The only thing that changes is what you pay.
Why This Exists
I believe all forms of therapeutic work can be a powerful way to explore, deepen, and shift your relationship to life. But too often, it comes with a price that makes it inaccessible. The people who can't afford it are often the ones who would benefit most, not because they are lacking, but because access itself is part of the problem.
This clinic is especially for young adults and teens who are finding their way, who deserve support without having to sacrifice their financial stability to receive it. If more people had access to this kind of space, more people would know what it feels like to be genuinely regulated, supported, and at ease in themselves.
How It Works
Book a slot directly through the online booking page — pick a time and you're set, no back and forth needed. If you'd rather ask something first, a quick email or WhatsApp message works just as well. Sessions run weekly for most of the year, with some natural loosening of the schedule in summer.
Fees run from £30 to £60 across four tiers, based on your financial circumstances. No proof is needed. No questions are asked beyond the one I'm asking you to ask yourself: which tier honestly fits where I am right now?
The Space
The clinic runs from a dance studio in an artists' building on Cambridge Heath Road. It's a warm, creative, lived-in space rather than a clinical one, which I love. It also sits on a main road, so you'll sometimes hear traffic or the hum of the city outside, particularly around rush hour.
For most people that softens into the background once we begin. But if you're sensitive to sound, or would simply prefer more quiet, I keep earplugs on hand, just ask, and we'll make sure you're settled before we start.
Four tiers. You choose.
If you're genuinely unsure which tier fits, feel free to get in touch and we can have a brief, honest conversation.

What the clinic means
The community clinic made this accessible when I was between jobs and genuinely couldn't afford private rates. I've since started going at full price because I don't want to stop. It genuinely changed how I feel in my body day to day.
As a dancer between contracts, I live with a lot of physical and emotional pressure. The clinic gave me somewhere to land. Phoenix treats every client with the same quality of care regardless of what you pay. That matters enormously.
Being able to access this work during a difficult financial period was life-changing. I left every session feeling more settled in myself. Knowing I could come back without financial stress made the work so much more effective.
